Brisket Rub
Rub into meat all over (about 4 lbs. of meat), bake at 350 degrees in covered dish with half inch broth of your choice for 3 hours.
Burrito and Enchilada blend
Mix one and one half tablespoons of seasoning with one cup water and one 8oz. can of tomato sauce. Simmer on stove until thick (about 3-5 minutes).
Chicken Fajita Seasoning
Rub chicken with oil and coat with seasoning. Can be used right away or can be set a side in refrigerator for 20-30 minutes before grilling or baking.
Mesquite Fajita Seasoning
Wet the beef or chicken with oil and lemon juice then rub seasoning on. Marinate it for 30 mins in refrgerator before baking or grilling.
New York Pepper Steak
Rub oil on steak and coat steak with seasoning before cooking.
Texas BBQ Blend
Combine with oil and brush on meat, poultry or fish before grilling or broiling. Add to chili or bean soup recipes. Also include in Burgers and meatloafs for a deep bbq flavor.
Traditional Mexican Rice Blend
Saute onions in oil and add 1 cup rice, 2 cups water, one and a half tablespoons rice blend then add small 4oz can tomatoe sauce. Cook in covered pan for 20 minutes on low heat.
Southern Chili Blend
Add 2 tablespoons for each pound of meat. Also great as a rub or on burgers.
Zef's Ultimate Marinade
Rub with oil and coat meat with blend and refrigerate for 3 hours or over night.
